What examples would people like to see done with the Raspberry Pi and the Slice of Pi?
There a up to 17 GPIO pins, 8 of which are brought out nicely on the Slice along with UART, SPI, I2C.
Im interested to know what people would like to see tried, more than just the flash an LED on a button press.
There's not a lot of prototype room on there but good things can be done in small space.
And of course there is the XRF connector for any wireless ideas

The time machine bit is easy; run a Spectrum emulator on it. Happy 1983 everyone!
(And if that's not good enough, I can always make it better in the future and send it back to the past!)

OK so my first example is now up
I've done a blog post over here lwk.mjhosting.co.uk/?p=343
Getting Started with Raspberry Pi GPIO and Python
I've gone with the basics LED's and push buttons, all nicely mounted up on a Slice of Pi

This is a great article that is going to help so much with using the UART on the Raspberry Pi
